I am thinking, English language competitions are best carried out in the school level, because the involvement of big audience, the dissemination to a wider group of pupils who are the keen learners is much appreciated by all, including the parents, pupils and their peers, teachers and the whole community surrounding the school. Winning and losing are secondary for us. Upholding the education aspiration by insinuating the fun elements of stories, poems, presentations either impromptu or prepared manners. These are the primary goals of English language carnival, and it is worth for money value spent.
